The Company will take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect my information and will not sell or share my information without my consent, except as required by law.
Limits of Liability for Disclosure
I understand that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or breach arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to device loss, theft, malware, third-party platform breaches, or network failures. This limitation does not excuse the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
